Enregistrement de la partie orgue à la cathédrale de Versailles

Recording of the organ performance in Versailles Cathedral

 

. C’est aux grandes orgues de la cathédrale de Versailles qu’ont été enregistrées les improvisations à l’orgue de Jean-Baptiste Pinault sous hypnose. Dans la vidéo qui va suivre, nous le verrons, pour chaque morceau, entrer en transe, improviser, puis sortir de transe. Trois improvisations de styles différents ont été faites : Vivaldi, Bach et Duruflé. Puis Jean-Baptiste improvisera un morceau dans son propre style. Ceux qui connaissent l’hypnose pourront remarquer l’impassibilité de son visage et la fixité de son regard alors qu’il joue en état de transe.

 

. It was on the great organ of Versailles Cathedral that the improvisations under hypnosis of Jean-Baptiste Pinault were made. In the following video, we’ll see him, for each piece, go into a trance, improvise, and come out of trance. We’ll see three improvisations in different styles: Vivaldi, Bach and Duruflé. Then, Jean-Baptiste will improvise a fourth piece of his own composition. Those who know about hypnosis will be able to notice the impassivity of his face and the fixity of his stare while he is playing in a state of trance.
